Party Painting Activities
(Payments are only taken in person or over phone at this time)
You will choose to have your party guests paint the same item or let your guests choose what they want to paint. You may select from any pottery pieces in stock or request a specific piece be ordered for everyone to paint. To place an order, we require a $50 deposit not refundable after an order is placed with our supplier. This deposit will be subtracted from the final party total on the day of the party. Minimum price of each party guest item is $16. Minimum number of guests is 6.
You will choose a design for your party guests, or they can paint from a blank canvas. You may select any design from in store or internet search. We will need a 48 notice of what design is chosen. We will need time to draw those out before the party. You will also choose what size canvas you want your party guests to paint. We typically have 8x10, 11x14, & 16x20 in stock. Any other size would be upon request with at least 7 days notice to order. If we need to order any other size than what we keep in stock, a $50 deposit is required and not refundable after an order is placed to our supplier. This deposit will be subtracted from the total party purchase on the day of the party. There is a minimum of 5 guests for a party to be reserved. Canvas prices are as listed below:

Prices will vary depending on what you select your guests to paint. A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve a day and time for you party. The deposit will be subtracted from your party purchase total on the day of the party. For parties booked on days we are closed, there is a fee of $40. For traveling outside of Statesboro city limits, there is a travel fee based on distance starting at $15 and $1 per mile after the first 10 miles outside of Statesboro city limits.
Our staff will help with set up, painting activity, and clean up. We do not have a party host/hostess to completely organize and manage your party, unless your painting activity requires instructions throughout the party (such as a canvas party). Our staff will provide additional help if needed. If we are traveling to your location, you will need to supply tables, chairs, and water. We are not responsible for table and floor coverings as acrylic canvas paint stains, as well as some pottery glaze.
